Nowa Ruda, 1 July 2025. Exactly ten years ago today, Framo Morat Polska commenced assembly of its first drive systems in Nowa Ruda. Since then, the company has developed into a strategically important site within the Franz Morat Group. Today, the plant houses around 40 project-specific assembly lines producing a broad range of drive solutions: from partially and pre-assembled modules to standardised gearbox units and fully operational complete drives, including motor and control systems.

Tailor-Made Drive Technology for Global Markets and Diverse Industries

With a team of 50 employees, Framo Morat Polska manufactures drive solutions on a production area of around 2,500 m². The solutions serve medical and rehabilitation equipment, food processing technology, ventilation and air-conditioning systems, leisure and camping equipment, and many other industrial applications. The individual requirements of each customer are always the central focus. To meet these demands, the plant relies on a seamless process chain with modern machining methods, intermediate inspections, and sophisticated end-of-line test systems with batch traceability.

Extension to Strengthen Future Viability

To accommodate continued growth and a variety of newly acquired projects, the groundbreaking ceremony for an extension was held in time for the company’s tenth anniversary. On 18 June 2025, Gökhan Balkis (CEO Franz Morat Group) and Mariusz Bielecki (Managing Director Framo Morat Polska), together with representatives from politics and industry, officially marked the start of construction.

Scheduled for completion in the fourth quarter of 2025, the new building will expand the production area by around 1,100 m² and create approximately 1,000 additional pallet spaces as well as modern office and staff facilities.
