Once again, the Franz Morat Group will be an exhibitor and appear at the 19th LogiMAT, the largest international industry trade show for intralogistics solutions and process management (Hall 2 / Booth A32). After the compulsory break caused by the pandemic, the intralogistics trade show will take place live from May 31 – June 2, 2022, at the Messe Stuttgart complex. With approximately 1,500 registered exhibitors and an exhibition area of more than 120,000 m², the leading intralogistics trade show has returned to the standard that it held prior to the pandemic.
Trade show highlight – Highly integrated wheel hub drive with plug & play function
Just in time for LogiMAT, we are presenting our highly integrated wheel hub drive, developed specifically for use in automated guided vehicles (AGV). This all-inclusive powerhouse combines a planetary gear integrated into the PUR wheel with a powerful electric motor, as well as the brake and electronics, in one compact unit. This modular and scalable system boasts high performance in a compact design and low weight. The intelligent drive system can be integrated quickly into existing vehicles via plug & play and features optional sensor system components for controlling central parameters.
A wide array of products & industry expertise for intralogistics
In addition, we will also be exhibiting highly precise gear components and intelligent drive systems for all five intralogistics market segments classified in accordance with VDMA. To mention just a few of them: rotor shafts for electric motors of industrial trucks, ultra-compact platform hub drives for automated guided vehicles, safety gate drives based on the Compacta series for storage technology, planetary gears for continuous conveyors, worm gear sets for cranes and lifting gear. The wide array of industry knowledge is also reflected in customer-specific drive development. With this, along with the Franz Morat Group’s diverse development expertise, an innovative drive system for electric high-lift trucks has been designed that is based on the speeroX gear created in Germany’s Black Forest region.
