Five years ago, we at Framo Morat Polska started to assemble drive projects. Since then, Framo Morat Polska has developed into an important pillar of the Franz Morat Group, which has helped us to expand our capacities and improve our international competitiveness for the long-term.
At the start of production on July 1, 2015, we began by moving select assembly projects to Nowa Ruda, such as a brew group for fully automatic coffee machines, a control valve drive for induction units and a two-component mixer for dental technology. In the beginning, this young company employed 16 workers and now there are nearly 40 employees. Numerous well-known drive projects followed over the years. Framo Morat Polska is now home to 30 assembly lines on which a wide variety of processing methods are carried out, including traceable intermediate and final inspections or tests. The portfolio of drive solutions includes partially assembled components, standardized modular gearbox components and ready-to-use complete drives including a motor and control system.
An important milestone in the company’s still short history was its successful certification in accordance with ISO 9001:2015 in July 2016. This state-of-the-art company has grown to a production area of 2500 m², featuring impressive ergonomic assembly lines, process-optimized workflows and a lean logistics concept. The result is numerous satisfied customers who are impressed every time they visit Framo Morat Polska.
